Single-handedly redeveloped the entire Graduate Program at the University of Maryland. Publicized and marketed these programs throughout the metro area by developing and initiating speaking engagements and information sessions with corporations, community organization, and the local Military installations.

Handled all make-up, and changes in organizational structure. Managed a staff of 43 employees (10 in-house, 32 freelancers)
